2. Assistant Director (Governance, Risk Assessment & Compliance)

Maximum Age: 37 years

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's (4 Years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cyber Security
  • Master's in Cyber Security is preferred.
  • Degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC (Higher Education Commission).

Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience Requirements

Deputy Director (Governance, Risk Assessment & Compliance)

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years post-graduation experience, with at least 3 years in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance roles.
  • Certification in ISO-27001, CISA, and CGEIT will be preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, and CIS Controls.
  • Expertise in information security technologies, industry best practices, and threat landscapes, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, risk identification, risk analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in IS Policy formulation, writing SOPs, and instructions.
  • Ability to conduct audits per ISO requirements and formulate Information Security Audit Reports.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for conveying information regarding security and compliance to various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex information security risks, evaluate compliance gaps, and develop effective solutions.

Technical Experience:

  • Experience managing SIEM, incident knowledge base, and the incident response cycle.
  • Ability to generate daily, weekly, and monthly incident reports.
  • Proficiency in SOAR technology to support SOC operations.
  • Experience in deploying EPP and EDR solutions on systems and devices.
  • Familiarity with assessing web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and reviewing technical reports/recommendations.
  • Stay up to date on DevSecOps best practices and industry trends.

Assistant Director (Governance, Risk Assessment & Compliance)

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience, with at least 2 years in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance roles.
  • Certification in ISO-27001 will be preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
  • Understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies, including threat landscapes, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
  • Ability to collaborate with infrastructure teams to integrate security into the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Terms & Conditions

1. The selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years, which is extendable if required.

2. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.

3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.

4. False information will lead to disqualification.

5. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of the application.

6. 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.

7. The selected candidate must provide a Medical Fitness Certificate and Character Certificate.

8. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.

9. Attested degrees from HEC or relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of the interview.

11. Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., will not be allowed during the test and interview.

12. The deadline for submission of the application is 1st December, 2024. Only online applications will be accepted.
