Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (Second Division) from a recognized university.
Experience:
Three years of service as Constable or Head Constable in the Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP).
Clean service record.
- Age Limit:
- Male & Female: 21 to 45 years.
- Additional Notes:
Only in-service graduate Constables and Head Constables permanently appointed in Punjab Highway Patrol are eligible.
Relaxation in age and qualification is not allowed.
Experience certificates must be signed by the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) or Superintendent of Police (SP).
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions on or before the closing date for applications.

- Three years of service as Constable or Head Constable in functional units.
Age Limit (Special Relaxation for 2024 Only):
Male & Female: 21 to 40 years (with five years of age relaxation).
Additional Notes:
- Only permanent Constables and Head Constables recruited in District Police are eligible to apply.
- Candidates on deputation or transfer must submit borrowing/deputation orders at the time of the interview.
- Experience certificates must be signed by the DPO/CPO/CCPO of the respective region.
Domicile & Posting:
- Domicile: District-specific for each case.
- Posting: All over Punjab.
Syllabus for Written Examination/Test
- The test will consist of a One Paper MCQ type written test (100 Marks, 90 minutes).
Test Breakdown:
General Ability (30%)
- Current Affairs, Pakistan Affairs, English, and Basic Computer Studies.
Law & Policing (70%)
- Detailed syllabus for Law & Policing will be available on the PPSC website.
Additional Notes:
- Psychological assessment may be conducted after the written test.
