Job Description:

As the Chief Finance Officer for DHA SEZ (Malir Industrial Park), you will be responsible for the strategic financial leadership of the organization. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the business operations within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ).
  • Drive fiscal growth, stability, and sustainability for DHA MIP.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

  • Oversee the budgeting process to ensure efficient resource allocation, with a focus on infrastructure development, investment promotion, and incentives.

Financial Ecosystem Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with public and private sector stakeholders to create a conducive financial ecosystem within the MIP.
  • Facilitate investment opportunities and foster an environment conducive to business startups.

Risk Management:

  • Assess and mitigate financial risks, including currency exchange risks and trade regulations.
  • Ensure financial resilience in the face of global economic challenges.

Compliance and Regulatory Expertise:

  • Stay updated on local and international financial laws to ensure full compliance and credibility.
  • Maintain transparency and compliance with policies relevant to MIP operations.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Implement financial performance metrics to track the success and impact of MIP initiatives, including job creation, export growth, and economic contributions.

Investment Promotion:

  • Develop strategies to attract both domestic and foreign investments, fostering economic development within the SEZ.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
