Available Positions:

The Lahore Zoo is looking for the following positions to be filled on daily wages or contingent basis for a period of 89 days as per the conditions mentioned in the Punjab Government's notification for work-charged employees. These positions will be filled in accordance with the Policy Framework for Work-charged Employees issued by the Government of Punjab, S&GAD (Regulation Wing).

1. IT Assistant

No. of Posts: 02
Qualification / Criteria:

  • 16 years of education in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public facilities such as e-ticketing, Virtual Reality, and Holograms.

2. Usher Staff

No. of Posts: 02
Qualification / Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation.
  • Strong communication skills in a public facility setting will be preferred.

3. Reptile Handler

No. of Posts: 01
Qualification / Criteria:

  • Graduate with at least 3 months proven experience in reptile handling.

4. Zoo Watcher

No. of Posts: 10
Qualification / Criteria:

  • Matriculation (2nd division) with a good physique
  • Minimum Height: 5'7"
  • Chest: 32-34 inches

Preference will be given to Ex-army personnel.

5. Sweeper

No. of Posts: 10
Qualification / Criteria:

  • Literate & Healthy.

6. Baildar

No. of Posts: 05
Qualification / Criteria:

  • Literate & Healthy.
