Eligibility Criteria

Prescribed Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Second Division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Physical Standards:

For Male Candidates:

  • Height: 5'7" (170.18 cm)
  • Chest: 33"-34.5"

For Female Candidates:

  • Height: 5'2" (157.48 cm)

Vision Standards:

  • Distant vision: 6/9 in both eyes (with or without glasses).
  • Near vision: Not less than J1 for both male and female candidates.

Age Limit:

  • Male: 19 to 23 years.
  • Female: 19 to 23 years.

Gender and Domicile:

  • Gender: Male and Female
  • Domicile: As per respective region (Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, etc.).
  • Place of Posting: Anywhere in Punjab.

Syllabus for Written Examination/Test

The syllabus for the written test (if held) will be uploaded separately on the official PPSC website.

Instructions for Medical Certificate

Candidates must obtain a medical certificate verifying physical measurements issued on or before the application closing date.

Certificates must be signed and stamped by:

Medical Superintendent (MS) of District Headquarters Hospitals, Service Hospital, Lahore, or Police Line Hospital, Lahore.

Medical certificates issued by Tehsil or private hospitals are not acceptable.

Medical Certificate Requirements:

Must include:

  • Height
  • Vision
  • Chest measurements (for males)
  • Candidate’s picture
  • Signature and stamp of the issuing MS
  • Any corrections or overwriting must be signed and stamped by the MS.

Important Notes:

  • Medical certificates issued after the closing date will not be accepted.
  • Incomplete or tampered certificates will result in disqualification.
  • Relaxation in age, education, or physical standards will not be granted under any circumstances.
  • Final medical examinations and other appointment conditions prescribed by the Government mustalso be fulfilled.

Change of Examination Centers:

  • Requests to change the examination center after the test date is fixed will not be entertained.
