Online applications are invited for the following posts from Pakistani citizens having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by 20-11-2024 (05:00 PM), both within the country and abroad.
Important Notice:
- Applications will only be accepted online. Applications submitted by any other means will not be entertained.
- The last date for submission of online applications is 20th November 2024 by 5:00 PM (Office hours). Applications received after this time will not be accepted.
- Do not wait for the last date to apply.
Application Fee Payment
- To apply, visit any Easypaisa Agent and deposit an application fee of Rs. 500/- (excluding service charges).
- Obtain a transaction ID via SMS.
- After depositing the fee, visit the KPK PSC website (www.kppsc.gov.pk) and apply online.
- Note: Ensure to fill all application columns carefully. Preview your application form before final submission to correct any errors.
Required Documents
- Candidates must submit attested copies of all required documents, including the original experience certificate and other testimonials, on the prescribed proforma within 15 days after the closing date of online applications.
- Candidates should also upload scanned copies of their documents with their e-application, if not already submitted.
Vacant Position: Civil Judges-cum-Judicial Magistrates / Alaqa Qazi

Qualifications:
Degree in Law from a recognized university, which entitles the candidate to practice law, or
Barrister of England or Ireland, or
Member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland.
Candidates must have practiced law in the High Court or its subordinate courts for a minimum of two (02) years after enrollment as an advocate.
The period of practice also includes government service as Government Pleader, Public Prosecutor, Additional Government Pleader, or Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Government.

General Conditions
Application Submission:
Applications must be submitted online through the prescribed form available on the official website of the KPK PSC (www.kppsc.gov.pk) on or before the closing date.
Application Fee:
The prescribed application fee must be deposited according to the procedure mentioned in the advertisement, on or before the closing date.
Correct Entries:
Candidates should make accurate entries in the online application, which will be validated based on the supporting documents they provide.
Age Limit:
Age will be reckoned on the last date for submission of applications online.
A two-year relaxation in the upper age limit is allowed for:
Government servants with at least two years of continuous service
Disabled persons
Candidates from backward areas
Experience Certification:
The required two years of legal experience must be countersigned by the Session Judge concerned.
Documents Submission:
Candidates must submit all required documents, including the experience certificate, within 15 days after the closing date of submission of online applications.
Qualification Verification:
Only the qualifications obtained on or before the closing date of the advertisement will be considered.
One Application:
Candidates should submit only one application online. This application will be considered for all categories/quotas mentioned above.
Disabled Quota:
Candidates applying under the Disabled Quota must submit a certificate issued by the Board of Rehabilitation or District Assessment Board for disabled persons, based on a report from a standing medical board.
Examination Chances:
Candidates are allowed three chances for each individual examination, and four chances in total for the combination of competitive exams for posts like Civil Judges-cum-Judicial Magistrates.
Unrecognized Degrees:
Degrees, experience certificates, or testimonials from unrecognized institutions will not be accepted.
Applicants Married to Foreigners:
Applicants married to foreigners must submit the Government Relaxation Orders.
Government Employees:
Government employees must apply directly but must submit their departmental permission certificates before the competitive examination.
Zonal and Merit Quotas:
Zonal and merit quotas will be strictly adhered to in the allocation of seats. The government reserves the right to increase, decrease, or not fill any post.
Absence in Examination:
If a candidate is absent for the competitive examination, their chance will remain intact. However, if they appear in any subject, it will be counted as one chance.
Grace Marks:
Grace marks are not allowed.
Domicile Certificate:
Candidates must submit the domicile certificate issued by the competent authority before the last date for receiving applications. Once a domicile is produced, no alteration will be accepted.
Female Candidates:
A married female candidate not already in government service may either adopt her husband’s domicile or retain her own. Once chosen, the domicile cannot be changed after the online application form is submitted.
Eligibility Check:
If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the examination process, their candidature will be cancelled, regardless of whether they appeared in the examination or not.
Psychological/Aptitude Test:
Before the interview, candidates will undergo a Psychological/Aptitude Test. Candidates who do not appear for the test will not be called for the interview.
Call Letters:
Call letters for the test will be available on the KPK PSC website. Candidates should regularly check the website for updates.
Important Notes:
- Candidates shall opt for Urdu or Pashto papers on the prescribed form.
