CPSP is seeking applications from Consultant Architectural Firms for designing and construction supervision at its Regional Centre in Quetta. The following are the details of the vacancy:

Position Title: Consultant for Construction Work
Location: CPSP Regional Centre, Quetta
Type of Work: Design and construction supervision of Guest House Building, Office Building, and other related works.

Applications are invited from firms with specialized knowledge in Guest House Building, Office Building construction, and other related areas. Firms with established offices in Quetta or Karachi are eligible to apply.

Required Documents

  • Interested consultants/firms must submit the following supporting documents to the Secretary, CPSP by 6 December 2024, 03:00 PM:
  • Name, Permanent Address, Telephone, E-mail, and Fax Number.
  • Partnership Deed/Articles of Association in case of a Company/Limited Firm with Power of Attorney.
  • List of similar projects executed, along with cost and completion period details.
  • Satisfactory completion certificates from clients for similar projects.
  • List of works in hand with details.
  • Proof of financial standing, including balance sheets for the last 3 years and details of the bank where the account is operated, along with the amount of credit available.
  • Proof of registration with FBR, along with a certificate of up-to-date payment of Income Tax.
  • Certificate of registration with PEC/PCATP as a Consultant/Contractor company.
  • Affidavit stating that the firm is not, and has not been, in litigation with clients or blacklisted by any client.
  • Preference will be given to local firms.
  • NTN Number/Registration details.
