The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Judicial Department (Lower Courts Establishment) is offering permanent positions for the post of Stenographer under the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Judicial Department (Lower Courts Establishment) Recruitment 2016. The position requires the following qualifications and skills:
Educational Requirements:
- A Graduate degree from a recognized university.
Typing and Shorthand Requirements:
- A speed of 100 words per minute (w.p.m.) in English shorthand/typing.
- A speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) in Urdu shorthand/typing.
Computer Skills:
- At least 6 months of computer diploma from a recognized institute.
Age Limit:
- Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.

Fee Payment:
- A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1800 should be deposited in the State Bank of Pakistan, Muzaffarabad Branch, Account No.: 101, in the name of the Azad Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
- The candidate must mention the deposit slip number and date in the online application form.
Hard Copy Submission:
- After submitting the online application, candidates must send a hard copy of the application form along with the original deposit slip to the Registrar of the High Court.
- Ensure to keep a copy of the application and receipt for your reference.
Incomplete Applications:
- Applications that are incomplete or without the required fee will be rejected immediately.
Shortlisting and Interviews:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written tests and interviews. Separate call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates.

At the time of the test/interview, candidates must submit the following documents:
- Educational Certificates (Matriculation, Intermediate, Graduation, etc.).
- Character Certificate.
- Experience Certificate (if applicable).
- CNIC and two passport-sized photographs.
Important Notes:
