Obtain RFP Documents:

  • Download for free from NHA's official website.
  • Alternatively, purchase from the office of General Manager (P&CA), NHA-HQ, Islamabad, for Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable).

Submission Requirements:

  • Submit proposals following the "Single Stage Two Envelopes" procedure.
  • Proposals must include separate technical and financial sections.
  • Proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of General Manager (P&CA), NHA-HQ, Islamabad, clearly marked with the desired position.

Deadline:

  • Proposals must be submitted by December 12, 2024, no later than 11:30 AM.
  • Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM, while financial proposals will be reviewed after the technical evaluation.

Additional Information

Pre-Proposal Conference:

  • Scheduled for November 26, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the NHA Auditorium, Islamabad.
  • Only one authorized representative per applicant can attend due to COVID-19 protocols.

Tax Considerations:

  • All applicable taxes, including GST, must be included in the financial proposal.
