The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Healthcare Commission (KP HCC) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Trainer. The advertisement was published on 28 November 2024 in The News Newspaper. Trainer
The position is for trainers who will be engaged on a need-basis to help regulate public and private healthcare establishments in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, aiming to improve healthcare quality across the province.
Job Categories & Educational Requirements
- KP HCC is inviting applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for the following categories of trainers:
Trainer with MBBS:
- Post-graduation in Public Health, Hospital Management, Family Medicine, or Primary Health Care is preferred.
Trainer with BDS:
- BDS degree recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
Trainer with Master’s Degree:
- Master in Hospital Management or Social Sciences relevant to healthcare.
Trainer with Bachelor's in Homeopathic Medical Sciences (BHMS):
- Recognized by the Pakistan Council of Homeopathy.
- **Trainer with expertise in Fazl-e-Tibb Wal Jarahat:
- Recognized by the Pakistan Council for Tibb.
Experience Preferences:
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of teaching/training experience in a relevant field.
Terms and Conditions
Motivated and Competent Candidates:
- Candidates should be highly motivated, competent, and possess excellent communication skills.
Training Requirement:
- Selected trainers will be required to undergo training on the Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) as notified by KP HCC before the assignment.
Non-Employment Status:
- This position does not offer full-time employment. Trainers will be paid based on the actual number of working days/hours.
No TA/DA:
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
