Educational Qualifications Required

Salary and Benefits

  • The lump sum pay for most positions is Rs. 479,000 per month (negotiable), with a 5% annual increment.

Important Terms and Conditions

  • Medical Fitness: Appointment will be subject to PCAA’s medical fitness standards.
  • Government Employees: Current government servants must submit an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their employer before the interview.
  • Surety Bond: Selected candidates for Assistant Director Airworthiness (Avionics/Aerospace) will need to sign a surety bond of Rs. 2,500,000 for serving in PCAA for at least 10 years.
