ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Software Engineer/Assistant Director (Programming):
Experience: At least 02 years’ post-qualification experience in Software Development using MS.NET tools and technologies (ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL Server 2005/2008, AJAX, BI Studio, Crystal Report) and Oracle 10g and PL/SQL.
Certification: MCPD or MCSD certification required.

1. Application Fee & Test Information:

2. Age Concession for Government Employees:
Employees of the Federal Government or Semi-Government and Autonomous Bodies of the Federal or Provincial Government, and those of Local Bodies are not entitled to age concession for the period of their service in such organizations.
3. Equivalence Certificate:
Candidates claiming that their qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification must submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C.) or Qualification Equivalence Determination Committee (Q.E.D.C) of the concerned department. This certificate must be submitted at the time of interview or whenever asked by the Commission. Failure to provide this certificate will result in cancellation of the candidature.
4. Private Sector Experience:
If a candidate claims experience in a private firm/entity, they must provide proof at the time of interview that the firm/entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority. If proof is not provided, the application will be rejected.
5. NOC/DPC for In-Service Candidates:
In-service candidates must ensure that they have obtained or applied for NOC/DPC from their concerned department(s) and provide the same at the time of the interview (if called).
6. Registration Certificate:
Candidates must ensure they have obtained or applied for the relevant Registration Certificate from PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or other relevant regulatory bodies before the closing date and will need to provide this at the time of the interview (if called).
7. Degree and Marks Certificates:
Candidates must provide certificates showing marks obtained/total marks or percentage certificates for all degrees issued by the competent authority at the time of interview. CGPA is not acceptable.
8. No Information Outside Official Channels:
Only information shared through PPSC’s official website is authentic. Candidates must not trust any other sources.
9. Shorthand & Typing Proficiency Test:
The Shorthand and Typing & Proficiency Tests, if required, will ONLY be held at Lahore.
10. Variation in Number of Posts:
If there is any variation (increase/decrease) in the number of posts, no fresh applications will be invited.
11. Fee Payment Methods:
