The Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO), as advertised in the Kawish newspaper on 21 November 2024, invites applications for various vacant positions in Sukkur, Sindh. The positions are as follows:

  • Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
  • Senior Manager-Enterprise
  • Regional General Manager

Candidates with qualifications such as CA, MBA, Master’s, M.Com, MA, M.Sc, ACCA, and MS will be preferred for these positions.

About Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO)

The Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) is registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017. The organization is dedicated to rural development and empowerment of communities in Sindh. SRSO focuses on building sustainable livelihoods and promoting socioeconomic development in rural areas of Sindh through various projects and initiatives.

Available Positions:

The following positions are open at SRSO for the Sukkur region:

1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

  • Qualification: CA/CPA or ACMA (Professional qualification required)
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a managerial position.

2. Senior Manager - Enterprise

  • Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Rural Development, or relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in enterprise development, with at least 4 years in a managerial role. If the qualification is not directly relevant, 8 years of experience will be considered, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.

3. Regional General Manager

  • Qualification: Master's degree in Social Sciences or relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in the development sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing operations and programs. If the degree is not directly relevant, 10 years of experience is required, with at least 7 years in senior management roles.

Key Information for Applicants:

  • These positions require extensive travel in remote rural areas of Sindh. A deep understanding of the local socio-cultural setting is desirable.
  • Locations: SRSO Head Office in Sukkur or flexibly based at any SRSO Office (SRSO Regional Offices in Sukkur, Hyderabad, Larkana).
