About Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation Project (SWAT)
The Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation Project (SWAT) is a project under the Government of Sindh, with financial support from the World Bank. The project focuses on improving water resource management, irrigation, and agricultural practices across 22 districts of Sindh. The project has an estimated budget of 320 million US dollars.
SWAT's main objective is to enhance productivity and improve resource management, particularly in agriculture, water management, and agricultural subsidies. The project aims to support farmers affected by climate change and environmental challenges.
Available Positions:
The Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation Project SWAT is seeking dynamic and professional candidates for the following positions:
1. Data Entry Operator
- Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent
- Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office
2. Program Officer
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in relevant field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a development or project management role
3. Social Safeguard Specialist
- Qualification: Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Water Resources, or Agriculture Science/Engineering
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience
4. Inspector Works
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in infrastructure development, quality control, and safety regulations
5. Deputy Director
- Qualification: Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Irrigation, or Water Resource Management
- Experience: 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior project management role
6. Deputy Director Design
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Irrigation, or Water Resources Management
- Experience: 10 years in design and planning for water resource projects
7. LTV Driver
- Qualification: Valid driving license for Light Transport Vehicle (LTV)
- Experience: 3-5 years of driving experience
8. Accounts Assistant
- Qualification: B.Com, BBA, or equivalent
- Experience: 2 years in accounting and office administration
9. Assistant Director
- Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field
- Experience: 3 years in project management or coordination

- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Irrigation, or related field

- Experience: 10 years in planning and managing water resource projects

- Experience: 5 years of heavy transport vehicle driving experience

- Qualification: Valid driving license
- Experience: 5 years of professional driving experience
16. Resettlement Specialist
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or Rural Development
- Experience: 5 years in managing resettlement or community-based projects
17. Irrigation Specialist
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Irrigation Engineering or related field
- Experience: 10 years in irrigation project management
18. Environmental Inspector
