Minimum Qualification and Experience

Education:

  • Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in:

  • Research and research management.
  • National and international collaborations.
  • Knowledge management and public management.
  • Policy-making, planning, restructuring, and training.

Minimum 10 research publications in HEC-recognized journals.

Age Limit:

  • Not more than 60 years on the last date of application submission.
