Eligibility for Hajj 2025 Positions

Eligibility Criteria

The Ministry invites government officials (BPS 07 to BPS 18) for the positions of Assistants/Nazims for Hajj 2025. The roles include supervisory and administrative responsibilities related to accommodation, transport, and food during the pilgrimage.

Key Requirements

Government Servants:

  • Regular government employees drawing salaries through the Controller General of Accounts (CGA).
  • Employees of provinces, AJK, and Gilgit-Baltistan are eligible.

Age Limit:

  • Candidates should be 25–50 years old (date of birth between 01 May 1975 and 30 April 2000).

Experience:

  • Relevant administrative experience.
  • Candidates who have served in Saudi Arabia for less than two years are eligible. Those who have served more than twice are not eligible per the Islamabad High Court ruling.

Educational Qualification:

  • At least a Matric qualification is required for Field Assistant positions.

Health Requirements:

  • Candidates must provide a health certificate. Employees with disabilities or health conditions (heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.) are ineligible.

Selection Process

  • Candidates will undergo a written test and a physical fitness test, conducted by NTS.
  • The physical test includes a 5 km fast walk within a specified time.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide original documents for verification.

  • Incomplete or handwritten application forms will not be accepted.
  • False information in applications may lead to disqualification and disciplinary action.
  • The Ministry reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process or adjust the number of positions at any stage.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for the selection process.
