Project Management and Implementation Unit | Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh
The Government of Sindh has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) in the form of a loan to support the Strengthening Social Protection System in the Sindh province. The Project Director, Project Management and Implementation Unit, invites applications for individual consultant services to be procured under this project. These positions are on a contract basis.
Position: Specialist Targeting Enrollment
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- A recognized Master's degree in Economics or related field from an accredited university.
- MBA or any other relevant work experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of Targeting and Enrollment activities is desirable.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior position in Project Management and Enrollment Management in government-funded or well-known NGO projects, especially those funded by international development partners (World Bank, HEC, etc.).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management with World Bank-funded projects will be an asset.
- Experience in working on similar positions in World Bank-funded projects will be highly regarded.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Sindhi language will be a significant advantage.

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on the competitive selection process in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2023).
