Eligibility Criteria

Manager IT

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in software development, including design, database management, and test-driven development.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years.

Manager Communication

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in public/private sector organizations.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years.

Manager Internal Audit

  • Qualification: CA Inter, ACCA, or MBA Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years, including articles from a reputed chartered accountant firm.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years.

Manager Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Public Health, Statistics, Anthropology, or relevant fields.
  • Experience: 5 years, preferably in health-related program monitoring.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 55 years.

Deputy Manager Contracts & Coordination

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Law, or Public Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in contract management and project coordination.
  • Age Limit: Not more than 45 years.

Deputy Manager Accounts

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance/Accounting or CA Inter/ACCA.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in financial management.

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration or Commerce.
