Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements:
- MBBS from an institution recognized by PMDC (for positions like Medical Officer, Gynecologist, Pediatrician, etc.).
- P.G Diploma / FCPS or other specialized qualifications for senior or consultant positions like Pathologist, Anesthetist, Cardiologist, etc.
- BDS for Dental Surgeons.
- BS Nursing or a 3-year General Nursing Diploma for Nurses.
- Diploma in Psychiatry for Psychiatrists.
Experience:
- For higher positions (e.g., Consultant, Assistant Professor), a postgraduate degree and relevant experience in the field are required.
- Specific experience requirements (e.g., for Medical Officer, Pathologist, Surgeon, etc.) will be based on the position and specialty.
Age Limit:

Terms & Conditions
Nature of Appointment:
- All positions are contractual for one year, with a six-month probationary period. The contract is extendable based on performance.
Salary & Benefits:
- The salary and other benefits will be as per the BPS (Basic Pay Scale) and Government Policy.
No TA/DA:
- No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for attending the interview.
Selection Process:
- The selection will be based on merit, and canvassing (influencing or attempting to influence the selection process) may lead to disqualification.
Ineligibility:
- Candidates dismissed or terminated from any position due to disciplinary reasons, moral turpitude, or criminal offenses are ineligible to apply.
- Any misrepresentation or submission of false documents will lead to dismissal from the position and legal action.
Cancellation of Position:
- The competent authority (Divisional Director Health, Sibi Division) reserves the right to cancel any position without any reason.
