Position Details

- Qualifications and Experience Criteria:
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the HEC.
- Alternatively, candidates holding qualifications such as ACII (Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute) or FCII (Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute), or a qualification recognized by the Pakistan Society of Actuaries (PSA) will also be considered.
- A Master’s degree in Insurance Risk Management or Insurance Sciences from an HEC-recognized university is also acceptable.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior position within the insurance industry.
- Candidates with specific qualifications like ACII, FCII, or equivalent and relevant experience in the insurance sector will be preferred.
- Age Limit: The candidate should be between 45 to 57 years old as of the date of the advertisement's publication.
Additional Requirements:
- The candidate must meet the criteria specified under the Insurance Companies (Sound and Prudent Management) Regulations, 2012, issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
- The appointment will be for a period of 3 years, and the employment contract will include detailed terms and conditions.
Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the organization, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company.

- Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview or selection process.
- The final selection will be based on eligibility criteria as per the provisions of the Insurance Companies (Sound and Prudent Management) Regulations, 2012, and the Public Sector Companies (Guidelines 2015).
