The Punjab Emergency Service Rescue 1122 has announced various vacancies in multiple districts across Punjab, as per the advertisement dated 21 December 2024 in Jang Newspaper. Positions are available for Computer Programmer, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Deputy Director Monitoring & Enforcement, Enforcement Officer, Rescue Driver LTV, and Maintenance Technician in several districts including Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, and others.

Candidates with Matric, DAE, MBBS, MS, MIT, and MCS qualifications are eligible to apply. The last date for applications is 11 January 2025 (or as per closing date mentioned in the newspaper ad).

Deputy Director (Monitoring & Enforcement)

  • BPS: 18
  • Qualifications: Retired Army personnel (Colonel rank) with 15 years of experience. Age: 35-50 years.

Enforcement Officer

  • BPS: 17
  • Qualifications: MBBS with valid registration from PMC/PMDC and 1-year relevant experience. Age: 24-32 years.

Computer Programmer (iOS)

  • BPS: 17
  • Qualifications: MCS/MS (IT)/BCS (4 years)/BS (Software Engineering) with proficiency in software & web development, app development, and designing. 3 years experience. Age: 24-32 years.

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

  • BPS: 11
  • Qualifications: Nursing or Paramedical Degree/Diploma (2nd Division). Age: 20-30 years.

Maintenance Technician (MT)

  • BPS: 11
  • Qualifications: DAE (Mechanical) or Technical Diploma (Mechanical) (2nd Division). Age: 20-30 years.

Rescue Driver (LTV)

  • BPS: 5
  • Qualifications: Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division) with a valid LTV license. Age: 20-30 years.

Selection Procedure

Application Submission:

  • Candidates must apply online via the Central Testing Service (CTS) website: www.ctspak.com or through the link available on the Rescue 1122 website: www.rescue.gov.pk.
  • Last Date: 11 January 2025.
  • Application forms must also be sent by post to Central Testing Service.

Tests:

  • Written & Psychological Tests, Physical Tests, and Skill Tests will be held at designated locations.
  • The list of qualifying candidates will be displayed on the CTS and ESD websites after each process.
  • Final Interview:
  • The final interview will be held at the Emergency Services Headquarters, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.

Medical Report:

Candidates will need to submit a medical report from a Government Teaching Hospital or DHO Hospital regarding physical examination, including height, weight, eyesight, chest, and other necessary tests for Hepatitis B & C, HIV, and RPR.

Terms and Conditions

  • Age Relaxation:
  • No age or qualification relaxation is allowed except for employees of Emergency Services Department, who are eligible for a 5 years age relaxation for administrative posts.
  • Physical Standards:
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a height of over 5'6", and a minimum chest size of 33".

Special Quotas:

  • 5% quota for minorities
  • 15% quota for females
  • Shemales can also apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for the specific post and provide valid documentation. Any false information will lead to immediate disqualification.
