Qualifications and Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (MBA, M.Com, MS, etc.)
  • P.G. Diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • ACCA certification
  • For technical and security roles, candidates with qualifications in Computer Sciences or Information Systems will be preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in banking or financial institutions is preferred for many roles.
  • Candidates applying for Shariah Audit should preferably have a degree in Shahadat-ul-Aalamiyah or a PGD in Kuliyyatush Shari’ah.

Age Limit:

  • Age up to 50 years for positions like Head Service Quality and Unit Head Structured Finance.
  • Age up to 45 years for positions related to Information Security, GRC, and Shariah Audit.

Specific Requirements for Key Positions

Team Lead - IS Audit & Team Lead - Shariah Audit:

  • A degree in Accounting or Information Systems, such as ACCA or MBA, is preferred.
  • Certification in Information Systems is an added advantage.

Unit Head - Security Operations Center (SOC):

  • Preferably candidates with at least 5 years of experience in Information Security.
  • Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISM, CRISC, and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are desirable.

Security Analyst:

  • Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences (preferably Master's) and relevant certifications in Information Security Systems will be given preference.
