QESCO is the largest electricity distribution company in Pakistan, covering a geographic area of 347,190 square kilometers in Balochistan. With a consumer base of over 720,733, a workforce of 5,185 employees, and annual revenue exceeding 158 billion PKR, QESCO is seeking to implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for operational efficiency.

Objective:

QESCO plans to hire professionals to conduct a comprehensive study and prepare a Project Descriptive Document (PDD) for ERP implementation.

Application and Selection Process

Method of Selection:
Consultants will be selected based on the "Single Stage Two Envelope Method" (Quality Cum Cost-Based Selection) with the following weightage:

  • Technical Proposal: 80%
  • Financial Proposal: 20%

Detailed Request for Proposal (RFP):
Obtainable upon written request and payment of Rs. 5,000 at the QESCO office.
