Position: General Manager Finance

Qualifications Required:

  • ACCA / CA-Finalist / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent relevant qualifications.

Experience Required:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in reputable organizations, preferably in educational or healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • The General Manager Finance will be responsible for:
  • Strong financial management in public and private sector organizations.
  • Compliance with FBR rules, including withholding taxation, e-payments, and filing monthly and quarterly withholding statements.
  • Adherence to SECP rules, meeting compliance, and annual filings.

Expertise in:

  • Audit
  • Budgeting
  • Financial management
  • Accounting policies and procedures
  • Investment accounting
  • Tax laws
  • AS, IFRS, GAAP, and PPRA rules
  • Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, and formulas).
  • Finalization of accounts and bank reconciliation.
  • Leadership in fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Stakeholder management and maintaining a positive work culture.
