Job Profiles and Qualifications

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Responsibilities:

  • Set corporate vision and strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Facilitate digitization for transparency and efficiency.
  • Oversee human resource and financial management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or Master’s in Business, Management, Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
  • Minimum 15 years of senior management experience.

Age: Preferably 61 or younger (maximum 65 years).

Contract Duration: 4 years (renewable based on performance).

2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
