Application Fee:

• Fee: Rs. 500/-
• Deposit in NBP (Shaikh Zayed Hospital Branch, Code: 1707, A/C: 3154820902).
• Attach the original challan with the application.

Quota Details:

• 2% Disabled, 5% Minority, 10% Women, and Transgender quotas as per federal government rules.

Additional Notes:

• Separate applications for each post are mandatory.
