NBP is seeking skilled, dedicated, and experienced professionals for various roles in Audit and Inspection based in Islamabad.

Available Positions

1. Internal Auditor (VP)

Reporting to: Area Audit & Inspection Chief - North
Education/Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized institution (local or international).
  • Preference for candidates with a Master’s Degree, MBA (Finance), CA, ACCA, CIA, or other relevant certifications.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in Audit, Compliance, Operations, Risk, Finance, or Business Governance.

Required Skills/Expertise:

  • Proficiency in internal audit practices and regulatory guidelines.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, SAP, and Core Banking Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct/supervise branch and regional audits.
  • Develop and update Risk Control Matrices (RCMs).
  • Perform validation of regulatory findings and corrective action plans.
  • Maintain internal audit MIS and escalate critical issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and periodic progress updates for management.

2. Internal Auditor (OG-II)

Reporting to: Area Audit & Inspection Chief - North
Education/Qualifications:

  • Minimum Graduation from an HEC-recognized institution (local or international).
  • Preference for candidates with a Master’s Degree, MBA (Finance), or recently qualified ACCA.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of banking experience in Audit, Finance, Compliance, Risk, or Branch Operations.

Required Skills/Expertise:

  • Familiarity with internal audit practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, SAP, and Core Banking Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct branch and regional audits as per the Internal Audit Manual.
  • Validate regulatory findings and ensure follow-ups for corrective actions.
  • Maintain audit records and escalate reportable issues as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and assist in management updates.
