About the Opportunity

PAA Model Schools and College, under the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), invites applications for the position of Administrator on a contractual basis for a period of two years (extendable). This position is available in Karachi, Lahore, and Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Master’s degree in HR Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of teaching and learning experience in a reputable school, college, or institution.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Principal/Administrator in an English-medium secondary science school or college of good repute.
  • Proven administrative skills to effectively manage school/college activities.

Additional Skills and Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of PEPRA rules and contract management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preference for candidates with strong character and personality, including retired personnel from the Armed Forces (Education Branch).

Terms and Conditions

Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.

Remuneration:

  • Lump sum package of Rs. 350,000 per month (5% increase per annum, negotiable).

Integrity:

  • Only candidates with a clean service record and undisputed integrity will be considered.
  • Candidates dismissed, removed, or resigned under conflicting circumstances from previous institutions will not be eligible.
