The University of Agriculture, Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Naib Qasid, as advertised on January 6, 2025, in the daily Mashriq Newspaper. Candidates with a Matric qualification or relevant experience will be given preference.

Naib Qasid (BPS-01)

  • Eligibility:
  • Matric with at least 2nd Division, OR
  • Literate with five years of relevant experience.

Required Documents:

  • Detailed bio-data
  • Attested/verified photocopies of the following:
  • All DMCs, Degrees, and Certificates
  • CNIC
  • Experience Certificates
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs

Processing Fee:

  • A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- must be deposited:
  • In any branch of Bank of Khyber Limited (Account No. 3003771977, Branch Code: 0129) OR
  • Via a bank draft in favor of the Treasurer, University of Agriculture, D.I. Khan.
  • The original fee deposit slip must be attached to the application.

Submission Instructions:

  • Incomplete applications or those with deposit slips below the prescribed fee will not be processed.
  • Applications from government, semi-government, or autonomous institution employees must be submitted through proper channels.

Shortlisting:

  • Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for a Test/Interview.
  • No TA/DA will be provided.
  • Candidates must produce original documents at the time of the interview.

Age Limit:

  • The age limit will be strictly observed as per the University’s statutes.

Additional Information:

  • The University reserves the right to increase, decrease, or withhold the advertised positions.
  • Territorial jurisdiction (D.I. Khan & Bannu Divisions) as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act, 2012, will be applicable.
