The Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP) is seeking applications for the position of Registrar at its head office in Islamabad, as advertised in the Daily Jang Newspaper on 10 January 2025.

This is a contract-based position, extendable every two years based on performance, until the age of 60.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in one of the following fields (recognized and verified by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan):

  • Architecture (with five years of Bachelor's degree in Architecture)
  • Town Planning (with four years of Bachelor's degree in City/Urban & Regional Planning)
  • Social Science
  • Management
  • Public Administration

Law

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of managerial experience in Government, Semi-Government, or the Private Sector.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with higher qualifications or foreign/local training in recognized administrative/management courses.
  • Experience in legal processes and procedures is an added advantage.
